Identify and strengthen collaboration between service providers to improve coordinated services
Improve public-private partnerships (county, state, federal - VA, CalVet, HUD, DOL)
Improve older adult veteran outreach to support caregivers, reduce isolation, and increase community engagement
Reduce veteran suicide by increasing awareness of direct support services, addressing the stigma of getting help, and the reduction of social isolation
Prevent and eradicate veteran homelessness in Orange County.
Have houses of worship collaborate to connect their veterans and families to service providers
Increase military families' awareness of available benefits and connect them to services
Decrease veteran unemployment / underemployment
Educate and connect student and transitioning veterans to services and resources.
Support women veterans by achieving community awareness and connection to services.
